Call for Offers: RLS Website Maintenance (outsourcing contract)
Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung Regional Office Palestine & Jordan (RLS) is looking for professional and reliable Web Developer Company for following up and doing the maintenance of RLS’s website in between (2020-2023).
Services should include but not limited to the following areas:
- Hosting and maintenance of RLS website (word press)
- Keep the website running seamlessly
- Constantly test website for functionality, ease of use and load time
- Solve and fix troubleshooting any problem related to the website within 48 hours
- Back up the database of the website
- Assess the situation and perform corresponding solutions if there are any complaints from users
- Provide training and support to new users
- Website Content Updates – adding, editing and/or removing any text or copy on the existing site including any articles, reports, contact information and product or service description
- Monitor RLS web site intermittently and upon RLS request
- Check for and fix any broken links
- Check for poor or fading images and replace as required
- Update RLS web page (static page) Meta tags
- List RLS activities with search engines monthly
